Hire Brooks Interview Coaching to create a new resume for you.

This mid level resume would include anyone who is applying for a non-management or first level management position.

Depending on experience, the resume will usually be 2 pages and will include industry specific keywords to stand out with recruiters. It will be tailored to the industry you are applying for.

How the process works:

  1. Purchase the resume service. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, you can book by contacting me directly at michelle@brookshrgroup.com

  2. Fill out the short form after purchase so I can get some preliminary information.

  3. Send me a copy of your current resume, along with at least 2 job descriptions of positions you are working toward (past, present or future job descriptions you have saved).

  4. Once this information is reviewed, I will ask you to book a complimentary 30 minute resume review session, at your convenience. This is where I will gather additional information to create your resume. The session can last up to one hour.

  5. There may be additional information I request from you to complete your resume (ex. specific accomplishments to include). Your resume will be completed within 3-5 business days after our resume review.

Most clients are happy with the first draft. We will work together, within the week of you receiving your resume, to ensure you are happy with your final resume.

I include one word copy and one PDF copy - employers love to see resumes in these two formats. I suggest you include both copies when applying for positions because the formatting can be lost if an employer opens up the word document on a device. You can make your own future resume edits using the word copy.

A cover Letter can be an add on to your resume for an additional $95
